The aim of the project is to find a logical solution that, in addition to an optimal urban arrangement, also strengthens the character of the location and increases the enjoyment of the landscape and the quality of the open spaces themselves.
Two L-shaped structures surround a sunny courtyard open to the south-west with an outdoor area that can be used by all residents and the neighborhood. The height of the north-south building (4 full floors) protects the entire competition area from the railway line noise, the transverse building on the north (3 full floors) defines a similar size of the courtyards in the whole district. An offset in the eastern part on the railway side allows a pleasant dimension of the building.
