Regardless of the size of the project, our approach takes into account the characteristics of the place, both social and economic, landscape, historical, etc…The goal is to promote the inte(g)ration between natural and artificial elements in the architectural project.

bemoa srl ​​is a real estate company active in the investment, architectural design, development and management of real estate assets.
The focus of the activity is to seek the optimal strategies (design, sustainability, management and financial) for the enhancement of real estate investment. This includes the strategic planning, administration and control activities of a project during its entire cycle from architectural planning, to construction up to the completion of the project.
The activity also includes the analysis of real estate assets and their context, the definition of investment and management strategies of real estate assets, risk analysis, formulation of business plans to support investments in real estate and monitoring their performance.
The ultimate goal is to implement value in the various development phases of the real estate project, both from an economic, environmental and social point of view.
We operate on a single property, a portfolio of properties, development and/or reconversion
of one or more assets, urban development.
